In KORES BOUTIQUE HOTEL AND SPA we adapt our operation considering the new Safety standards & Hygiene protocols. Starting from the first step in of our guests we are providing on-line check in, our employees using the appropriate equipment and we are welcoming our guests even in our outdoor space always keeping the safety distances.
CHECK-IN Check out time will be at 11am and check in will be at 4pm in order to have additional time for the thorough cleaning of the rooms.
ROOMS
A welcome package with personal products and kits, antiseptic, cleaning kit, and of course delicacies and soft drinks! Every additional not basic equipment like magazines, laundry bags, bathrobes, decoration pillows & covers will be removed.
Incident Handle Protocol
Our team is being trained and will supervise the cleaning procedure of the rooms. In suspicious or confirmed cases of coronavirus we have contracted a medical team which will take care and will act according to national safety protocols.
GASTRONOMY / F&B
At KORES BOUTIQUE HOTEL AND SPA gastronomy is a key value for our success! Buffet have been removed and the breakfast served al carte, while there will be more individual portions as well as packaged products. For that reason, additional safety measures will be introduced which must be followed by both guests & employees. Breakfast operating hours will available due to the reduced capacity of the restaurant. The tables will not be covered with disposable tablecloths.
